Who needs an Estate Plan? When should I create one?

This week, we address the "who" and the "when" about Estate Planning. Answering the "who" about Estate Plans is easy, everyone. When people think about creating a Will, they associate it with being older than they are (no matter how old they are) and needing to be more established. But, the reality is the best age to get an estate plan is your current age. The best time to do it is now, while you have the time to create one. You have the chance to plan your estate to guide your family if something happens to you.

I fully understand that it is difficult to think about you no longer being with your loved ones, but, unfortunately, it is all of our reality. When I created my estate plan, I had to confront my mortality, so I know what thoughts could run through your mind.

We all feel like we have more time to create a plan, but now is the best time to make an estate plan. Whether you're a young adult, middle-aged, older, you're a parent, single parent, spouse, guardian, aunt, uncle, or godparent; you have loved ones you want to make sure have a personal plan you created.

In sum, you are the perfect candidate to create an estate plan and the time is now. You can get started now by clicking here and completing the two-minute intake form.

We look forward to hearing from you!
